Hi, I was just wondering, I know it is very unrealistic but do any of you know the steps you need to take to work at Studio Ghibli as an animator because I really want to be an animator and I love studio ghibli and hayao miyazaki's work. I'm only 14 so I have a few years yet but I was just wondering.

Anyway, my answer's in wingsee's forum.

Btw, juz noticed that the rank for beginners is Susa-ataris. Its supposed to be spelled Susuwatari-tachi, if u wanna follow the japanese spelling.

O dear.....

i would LOVE to work for Ghibli!!!
they are so prominent and to top it off....MAYAZAKI MADE HIS BEST MOVIES THERE!!!!!

And the SADDEST part is that after his next movie (check out my thread for details) he will only make TWO MORE!!!!

ONLY TWO!!!!

also, Ghibli is trying to find a replacment (they had one, but he died last year...how sad....*sob*)!!!

Perhaps YOU or I could be the replacment!!!
