They didnt. They never did. If they had cut any scenes at all, they would definitely have cut off the scene when Ashitaka shot off the arms of the rogue samurai. Since its still there, and the only other scenes worth cutting r beheading which r less grosteque, it means they didnt cut anything at all.
Anyway, if Disney DID cut off anything, u can be sure there'll be more than a riot; there will be a court case too, since Disney promised, in the contract with ghibli, that they will not cut even a single second from their movies.

It definitely wasn't cut. I own the Region 1 release, and I know for sure it lasts for around 2 hours and 14 minutes.
