Well Japanese people really like flash very much so most of the sites contains little bit flash here and there. Direct Google method do not work on flash and images. Now to do that you need to copy the text and paste it in the box of http://www.translate.google.com

About books
what kind of books you need. do you need the picture books of the movies or something else i need a little bit detail on this

Can not do anything about the kaze-tachinu or kaguya hime website they contain javascript and flash content .
