Hi,
I would like to know what happens in the final chapter of Kiki's delivery service after Kiki rescues Tombo.
There seems to be a strange cut in the DVD copy after the rescue scene and the cheers from the public.

What happened afterwards is explained in the ending theme and the epilogue. Generally you can see Kiki being well-adjusted with the city life, being accepted by the community, and making more and more new friends. In her letter to her parents, she expresses a sense of joy and belonging towards the city.

The endings of Miyazaki's films are sometimes rush a bit. It does need some time to get used to his style of storytelling.
