Jarinko Chie (Chie The Brat) Chapters List translation

Hello everybody!
Finally I got this wonderful film on Blu-ray. Takahata is genius of animation, too bad he made less movies than Miyazaki.
Yet again I need a little help with translation from Japanese.
There is a Chapters list on Blu-ray, 21 chapters at all.
Can anyone translate it to English?

Too many kanji so I'll just list the easy ones:

1. Chie is sick?!
2. Chie's hormone (?)
3. Opening
4. Chie is a boy?!
6. Chie's anger
7. Going out with mom.
8. ???? club's president

5, 8, 9 and 10 got too many kanji I can't read

First of all, Thank you Roadkiller. I'm going to create custom Blu-ray with translated menu, alas I don't know Japanese so I need a little help with translation.
Can you check the second picture - it has chapters from 11 to 21. Maybe you can understand something.

Didn't see that other pic. Also full of kanji, meh.

11. Green Day (there's a meaning to this, but I can't remember what)
12. Tetsu's day out (or something similar, depending on context)
13. Marathon tournament
14. Hanai-sensei
15. The day mom came home
16. To the amusement park with family
17. Antonio Junior's ??
20. ?? vs Junior
21. Ending (ya think?)

14: Hanasai-sensei (a teacher's name, I have no idea if this reading is correct)
