Hi, I was just wondering, I know it is very unrealistic but do any of you know the steps you need to take to work at Studio Ghibli as an animator because I really want to be an animator and I love studio ghibli and hayao miyazaki's work. I'm only 14 so I have a few years yet but I was just wondering.

Btw, juz noticed that the rank for beginners is Susa-ataris. Its supposed to be spelled Susuwatari-tachi, if u wanna follow the japanese spelling.
