Posted by Nausicaa_Cat on 01.08.2009, 01:34 PM: Im just saying DT You are starting to sound a little Japan-obsessed. |
Posted by Dark Totoro on 01.08.2009, 01:35 PM: Is that such a bad thing though? I like it..

Posted by Dark Totoro on 01.08.2009, 01:46 PM: I wouldn't say i'm obssessed then.. I don't think about it 24/7.. I think about other stuff - Girls, Partying, College, Heroes (the prog), Shopping for stuff - Just "normal" you know..

Posted by Nausicaa_Cat on 01.08.2009, 03:31 PM: Well as long as it makes you happy DT you can be as obsessed or unobsessed as you like. Dont worry about it. |
Posted by Kazegami on 01.08.2009, 06:31 PM: Obsessing sure makes me happy. It's like a sort of escapism...

Posted by Roarkiller on 01.09.2009, 10:44 AM: Obsession on any level is never good, regardless of activity. I mean, take a look at what obsession with religion, which is supposed to be a good thing, did to the crusaders and the taliban.

Posted by maggie on 02.25.2010, 03:13 PM: *reads previous posts* er... I actually really like Naruto... Sure It's not the best anime/manga around, but I still find it entertaining. |
Posted by Sigy on 07.17.2010, 05:38 PM: I started to watch naruto in tv , but then they suddenly stoped showing it ...but later i started to watch naruto shippuuden in net and i really like it ... but i think its tooo long

Posted by blackice10 on 07.24.2010, 09:21 PM: I've only watched bits of it, my bf does like it, amongst many other animes but then that's ok cos everyone's entitled to watch what they want, like what they want, that's what makes us different right ? Sure i take the p**s outta him but it doesn't bother me, it's not like he's obsessed with Japan wanting to live there or w/e ! Looks a bit babyish to me like, but I'm a Death Note fan so .... Thanks Roar I had never heard 'Narutard' before but I do use it on him .... As a term of endearment of course .... Sure he's real grateful and all

Posted by fenkashi on 07.29.2010, 03:34 AM: Studying and watching Naruto works well. xD There are some interesting parts but they're so lost in all the prolonging of the series. Each episode, there is one word/phrase that gets repeated over and over and over again. Even if it's a good point...god, it gets annoying. And the characters...even if you haven't seen all the seasons, there starts to be this recurring pattern among them. The same 10 personalities are recycled over the generations.

Posted by Nausicaa_Cat on 07.30.2010, 08:45 AM: I like to think the extra exclamation marks is the text form of the excited naruto/sasuke fuelled fangirl/boy screaming that generally comes along when the show is mentioned in the presence of the narutard population.
