I like how Sophie turned out, and the angel is just too... angelic? Still wondering who that last one is, doesn't look like Arrietty, who's absent.

Having checked the IMBD listings, "Lupin 3' is the only other film that lists Hayao as the Director so I would say that it is Clarisse...

Yes, the last one must be Clarisse from Lupin III. If you look at the high-res image, you can see she's holding the string of flags (which does not refer to the flags from Poppy Hill, but to the little flags that Lupin gave to Clarisse.)
