But a few months ago, I came across one that actually changed my life. It is none other than the amazingly-named Cowspiracy.

Posted by Saddletank on 01.05.2015, 05:09 PM: I don't think you did anything bad here, its just that 1) we have had some fairly sharp debates in the not-very-distant past and most ended either badly or with no concessions on either side anyway (hence making them a waste of time) and 2) the Tavern is very quiet at the moment with a lot of people stilled chilled after Xmas/New Year and/or busy with starting new academic terms, also possibly 3) You are a brand new member and your second post opened a fairly meaty debate, and we here are just cautious about people who arrive and do that. Its best to chill here for a few months and get to know us and let us get to know you before you go for the deep conversations. Its possible people might think you have an agenda. I'm sure that's not the case but I hope you can see that its an easily-drawn conclusion.
