I know the scene you're thinking of and it was possible that she may have said that phrase...

I went and checked the whole sequence of that scene, but did not find that phrase used, nor any resembling it...

It was a good try though...

I also thought Poppy Hill made sense... but I think I might have it. Is it in Totoro when they first arrive at the house and have to clean it up? I'm not sure who would've said the line, but I'd guess the father.

I can only think of two movies that might have paper planes, or what might be thought of as paper planes, this one and Spirited Away... So I guessed The Wind Rises first...

I have been very busy, up until 4AM sometimes or later doing Historical work at home.
