Not anime, manga. I wanted to know if anyone here has read it. It's by Shuzo Oshimi (author of Aku no Hana) and while I thought Aku no Hana was deeply twisted, that story turns out to be tame compared to this.

Its a body-swap story and you at once think "hurhur, I know where this is going" and you're wrong. Very wrong. It goes in every other direction but the obvious and it is one colossal mind f--- from beginning to end (well, to Ch37 which is where I've got after 4 days - the whole story is 80 chapters). It really is incredibly good and extremely dark. Its a deconstruction of the body-swap trope and shows that in reality a body-swap would not result in smexy fun but in a horrific ordeal for all concerned.

Finished this yesterday. Enjoyed every page, its pure gold... and at the end of it, after 80 chapters, its still not clear what was going on.

A much better story than Aku no Hana.
