I'm in a computor room, right now. In school in 10 minutes I have to go to gym practice ( some of you might have known this by reading "Friends what are they for " If not please read it and write comments and give me ideas - I need them
you probably think this is sooo boring now. BUT
Did any of you do any/are doing any gym compertions, if so - I need tips
I'm doing box and floor.
FLOOR: Front stradle, back stradle, professional bridge.
BOX: Jump on and star jump of, Jump stradle and tuck through.
I NEED TIPPSS!!! : sadpanda

I'm hopeless as well at anything other than long distance running, i had to do 8 laps around my schools field (which is huuuuuge) against 9 other ppl's, in a race. I came third, but only just lol. I got my friend to carry me off the pitch coz i was so wiped out

Its been awhile since I competed (dance) but what I did was check out the competition beforehand, see what they did, see their moves, see who's new, etc. Hope this helps.

yeah, im good at black jack too..
but I mant the basketball twenty one. If no-ones played, this is how it works:
First person shoots from the penalty spot, if he gets it in he shoots again..
If not next person has to pick up ball where he wants. once he has picked it up, he cannot move and has to shoot from there.. the points he gaets are according to where he is stood. if he gets it in, he shoots from 2 pointer again, if not... game continues first person to 21 wins.
If you have 20 and get a 2pointer, youre back at 1

Well, im really good at 2 pointers, so ill be like losing 15 to 9, and then put in 5 2 pointers in a row.. AND WIN!

when my friends and I play, we play where if you jump up, get a rebound, and shoot it before you land, the person whose rebound you got goes back to zero if you make it. Oh, that, and we aren't stationary. It is basically all against one nonstop chaos. When you make it you shoot freethrows for 1 point each until you miss. Once you miss, the ball is back in play and it is a scramble again. Oh, and when you win the ball, if you dont tip it(the thing I talked about at the beginning), then you have to take the ball back to a certain point before you can shoot. All of the other rules are the same I think. We usually quit before anybody wins, which is hours into the game

there was a time where we used to play rebound equals minus one to the player who shot before..
not anymore though.
however when we play, the game can end after 20 minutes..

and we also played where if you were at zero and someone tipped you then you were out of the game. But that was a stupid rule.
