I think wasabi is like mustard, but its made from horse-raddish!! BTW, youre supposed to mix it with the soy sauce u dip the sushi in 
My favourtie sushi is salmon-skin sushi.. lovely, a little warm (the skin is fried) and a little crunchy... Basically..PERFECT!!!

This isn't really a sushi question, but more to do with rice...
My friend and I were eating rice last weekend, and he sprinkled soy sauce over the top of his bowl. I used loads more and covered my rice in soy sauce... so here's my question. How do you eat rice, if at all? Is there anyone like me who loves to cover their rice in soy sauce?

I believe you are supposed to mix the wasabi in with the soy sauce and then dip sushi into it. Very nice.
