Not me. Is vietnamese language hard to learn for an english speaking/accent person perspective?

Anyways, vietnamese has diferent symbols on top of letters to make the sound musical. like ma, with a slanted-upwards line on top, means mother. ma without any marks is ghost, and ma with a dot under the A means 'cheek."

Sounds like chinese. In which case, no, it's not really that easy.
Bah, IMO japanese is a lot easier. A is A, O is O. No highs or lows about it.
