Dont understand ur last line. Even with all the japanese grammer i learnt, ur sentence still doesnt make sense. But i suppose u were trying to say "See you, and be well" or smthng like that, since the particle 'to' can also mean 'and', tho thats not really the meaning, and here, it juz makes it sound weird.
Btw, its closer to translate that particle to 'with'. Okaaay, lets try to make sense of ur english now (dont worry, ive seen a LOT worse).
Most of the stuff u wrote ive never personally noticed despite watching more than 10 times (ha! beat u!) over. Dont really agree bout Miyazai being like Kamajii (kamajii's a slave, lol) and the studio could really use lotsa help. Also, the original story DOES in fact span longer than 3 hrs, and was only cut short because of time and money constraints as well as the fact that 3-hr movies dont go down to well with audiences, altho i dont think anyone here would bother even if it was 4 hrs long, eh? Not with that kind of story.
Anyway, im more in the expertise of the details in the movie itself, like the shape of the moon and the time Chihiro spent in the spirit world and how the two doesnt seem to go together. Stuff like that, u know.
Saa ne. Jaa, moshi nanika wa shiritai, ore ni kiite wa ii yo.

Im not that good in japanese either, juz that i got a few japanese manga so i learn how to speak non-formally.
Shape of the moon is exactly that. The shape of the moon. As in whether its round or half-moon or crescent. Anyway, i dont think i need to tell u more.
And no, i got the DVD. Im not that rich u know. And i never saw Mononoke Hime in the cinema, i was only 14 then and knew nothing about anime or manga, much less about ghibli.
Details are small stuff, like the clothes of the workers, how many floors the bath house has, which direction its entrance is facing (south), u know, the things that ppl dont bother to look out for.
Btw, "moshi moshi" means hello ONLY for telephone conversations. The word 'moshi' means 'if'. What i said was "If there is anything u want to know, just ask me."

I find that details are some of the most interesting things in Miyazaki-sensei's movies. They can be overrated to a certain extent, but generally, they make any movie much better. I've gotten the DVD too, and 'prolly watched it a thousand times. @_@ Unfortunately, I've never been able to see Mononoke Hime on a theatre-sized screen, though I would love to, someday. I started watching Ghibli movies in 2nd grade, and I'm 14 now. ^_^

EDIT: Ey, im an Ohmu now. Lol, any idea what Ohmu actually means? Here's a clue: 'Ou ' means big. Bug in japanese is 'mushi'.
