I read this review for an anime called Wolf's Rain in a magazine and it sounded good. I think I might wanna get it. Can someone please tell me about it? Is it good?

It's a deep story of a pack of wolves disguised as humans trying to seek heaven, away from the drudgery of the modern world which is falling apart.
Notice I said "deep" story, so if you're expecting lotsa action or humour or that kind of stuff, then you're better off with something else.
Otherwise, yes, the storyline's pretty good.

I saw a trailer of it and I thought it looked pretty decent. Not sure if I'll buy it as there's too many good animes I want to see.

I heard the ending is fairly dark and angsty which put me off it.

lol, my friend loves it, but hated the ending.*never watched it, she just learned from her friend*My dad thought the ending was wonderful.

The "real" ending was good. The actual series ended on a bad note, after which there were two(?) more episodes that rounded up the series in a proper manner.

All DVD sets should have it complete. What I was referring to was when it aired on TV.

Anywhere you can buy anime, you can find it. It's been released for a few years now, and is a popular title, so shouldn't be hard to find.
