Different artists, different styles. I think you'd agree that Miyazaki's style is itself unique.
She looks hunched. I dunno, if you simply look at the top half of the picture, she looks like she's leaning forward, yet the bottom half suggets that she's standing straight.
The problem could be because her head seems slightly too far left and not aligned witht he rest of her body so she appears hunched.
Or it could be just my perspective. meh.

She can come and hunch over me anytime.
It may be because her body is turned away and her head is turned towards the POV? Her arm seems short - the distance from shoulder to elbow isn't very great compared to the size of her head, but then anime people are big heads anyway. Her forearm looks short but maybe because it;s forshortened and held away from us.
What I did notice was her jewellery, those blue droplet beads remind me of manga sweatdrops so she looks like she's panicking or worried
Its still a delightful picture though.

First pic would be Tohsaka Rin, no? I mean, I know it's not supposed to be her, but the similarity is too striking.
The sweetest pic of Hatsune Miku I could find that isn't overly cute or Hyper.

I like the first one a lot, the clothing is done beautifully. The second is good too though how you jump over in that pose while looking so calm beats me!

The girl on the train is adorable, her tee-shirt is great. The girl in red is a 100 foot giant compared to the scale of the sea scene she's in. A very weird picture, can't say I like that one.

Haha, I like the fishies and the sky and ocean...the girl is weird. Oh and I like her dress, hair and umbrella...but really, her expression is messed up.
And...
Same artist that did the girl on the train. I think he's actually got more with that girl and it's a series...wonder if I've got them around...

Before I read your comment I knew it was the same girl. Male artist too I'd say. I don't like her ahir very much, the way it curves and clings round her face, I don't think real hair would stay like that for more than a few minutes after you'd sprayed a ton of glue on it.
Interesting girl and unicorn poster in the shop window behind her.
The angle of that shot is a bit unsettling, the bit of tree in the foreground makes it seem like the viewer is sitting in a tree and the view down her front makes it feel like a stalker or pervert, its just a not very nice feeling I get from that viewing angle. Chop the greenery out and it would be much better I think.
Also she's about to put her unbrella up yet the light on her implies sunlight and the ground is dry... ?
EDIT : Ah, right clicking on the picture reveals its title but even so - no wet on the ground.

Oh, I know that artist! Not personally, lol. But I know who it is. And I don't really get the same vibe from the picture as Saddles, mostly because she's looking straight at the artist/person looking at the picture and smiling.

I don't know, I actually like the "Red" one, with the goldfish in the background. I'm not sure exactly what I liked about it, though. It could very well be I'm just a sucker for red dresses.

Oh wow. There are a lot of pretty pictures on here lately! I know there was one that I had to put on as my screen saver, I liked it far too much... it was posted a while back, I think... it was rather pink and red and there was a person sitting with a dog staring at the moon... I think mthat Fen posted it.
