The First two series of the popular 90's Childrens anime cartoon are now available to us people in the UK & Eire Finnally!!!

My girlfriend bought me the first two series on dvd for my Birthday, so cool...

So many memories came back to me watching it.

Anyone else pick up the DVD's?

Btw If you don't know what the Moomins are either because you were deprived of TV growing up or were'nt born when the were on here what they are about :

It's on DVD? Wow! I remember it, not in great detail, but I recall it was quite sweet. I haven't seen it in years!

edit: ah, thank you! I've just been looking around on Wikipedia, and I remember so much more than I'd thought. It was so good. I adored it.

I don't think they ever made it here in the States. At least I have never heard of them or seen them before today. At least one of my children would have been a child at the time.

Seem like it might have been a good show for the kiddies... Of course, I think that I might have liked Little My, her being the mischievious one, lol...

I remember all the characters having American voices, so it must have appeared in the US.
