pirate or not

Anybody has idea if this set is pirate or not?

It has 17 dvd discs. I hear there are official asian release sets for sale.

Hard to say, especially when I came across to this one.

- My Neighbor Totoro
- Princess Mononoke
- Porco-Rosso
- Spirited Away
- Laputa: Castle in The Sky
- Whisper of The Heart
- Pom Poko
- Only Yesterday
- The Cat Returns
- Nausicaa of the Valley of The Wind


It has a certificate which "approves" that this is actually the official version.

Hi Sipowicz, welcome!

As far as I know, there is no boxset with 17 discs. The only official R3 DVD boxset comes with 11 movies, or 22 discs. It is released by IVL of Hong Kong, and is exactly the one mentioned by Azhur. More information can be found here:

I have seen the set myself, but cannot buy it as I already have many of the included titles on DVDs. The gift postcards seems to be nice though.
