i was kind of wondering where did all(35 plates) the food go? the bill also seemed reasonable in my country standard
did anyone went to this kind of place?

@saviour... I saw the bill of 4,708 yen and I guessed that it was under $50USD and I was right, it was $43+USD which would be darn good. I wish that I knew of a Japanese restaurant like that here, with that kind of variety.but alas... lol. I also figure that the two kids didn't eat ALL those plates by themselves...
Last night my friend Bob and I went to a little Japanese shop here in town. I had a Tempura assortment plate (shrimp, chicken wings, pot stickers {2} that came with a California roll, i also ordered Maguro sashimi, and a Teriyaki beef bento (but it was on a plate) with rice and miso and SMALL salad and orange and a strawberry.. I had a soda (forgot to order tea like I usually do at oriental restaurants. Bob ordered the chicken bento. Her doesn't eat as much as I usually do, but I wasn't stuffed by any means. He helped with the Tempura plate but didn't want any of the sashimi and also a soda. Our total bill was $47USD plus a tip...

@husky there is also that coolness factor. I mean as an adult i wont be thrilled but any kid would really like that kind of place. on the other note the youtube tag works in tavern, i think you might have a adblocker so the video is not shown. from next time i will post the original link alongside the a tag. @makc thanks for helping husky on the video

I was greatly impressed about two points in the Elon Musk launch not long ago.
One is that two of the three rockets returned and landed on their pads just as space ships have been doing in all the Sci-Fi books that I have ever read since I was a child.
And two, I was theatrically (sic) impressed over him launching his red Tesla with the 'Spaceman' behind the wheel. THAT is publicity!!!
