I am a Chinese,I can't speak your language very well,so if you can understand Chinese,please read this article.I wrote it 3 days ago(I think it's not short^_^),and now I want to show it to the peaple who is loving <The Princess Mononoke>!


幽灵公主(The Canto of the Princess Mononoke)

这是一个古老而凄美的传说。
曾有一位少年为了保护自己的村庄，受到了邪魔的诅咒。 为求一条生路，他骑上自己美丽的鹿，踏上向西的旅程。
一路上，他遇到形形色色的人和事。然而，所到之处有一 点全部相同：战争，都曾洗礼过那些土地。
望着满身是伤的大地，他不曾停步。他的目的地在遥远的 神的森林，只有那里的古神才能洗清他的伤痛。
路途中，他搭救了两个达达拉城的人。按照他们的引路， 他们踏入了古神的森林。
这片土地连接阴阳两界，万物之缘都从这里生根。他遇见 众神之神麒麟神，还有一位美丽的少女。
少女正照顾她被人类打伤的养母——白狼神之王。少年轻 轻向她问路，得到的却是冷漠的蔑视。
少女的身份，少年并不知晓。但是少女对人类的憎恨和他 们的相遇，却铭记在少年心中。
又走了一段长路，达达拉城就在少年眼前。这座城堡庄严 而肃穆，由里到外透露着肃杀的气息。
城中的人们靠炼铁为生，对少年的到来十分欢迎。从城主 黑帽大人口中，他终于了解女孩是何方神圣。
少女名叫小桑，人称幽灵公主。城中的人民对她憎恨万分 ，因为少女想要杀害精干的城主。
入暮时分，少女为报养母之仇杀入城堡。在炮火中，她身 披狼毛，头戴面具，好似一位身经百战的勇士。
人类拿起刀枪，向孤身一人的公主宣战。少女怒火中烧， 利刃直逼城主的胸膛。
少年看到少女有危险，他不希望看到这一幕伤亡。他百般 阻止，却未能停息公主的怨恨。
少女与城主的交战一触即发，诅咒发作的少年再度走上前 来。他力大无比的手击昏了交战的两人，带着少女走向城 堡的大门。
一个百姓的枪支突然走火，子弹打穿少年的胸膛。少年的 血像泉水般涌出，可他不顾一切打开了沉重的城门。
走了不知多久，少女醒来。少年却因失血过多，昏倒在一 路撒下的血流之中。
公主抽出少年的尖刀，顶在他的喉咙之上。她质问少年为 何阻碍她杀死城主，得到的回答却令她再不忍动手。
少年用尽最后的力气，对着少女说了这样一句话：活下去 ，你好美……最终便无力地闭上眼睛。
公主带少年再次进入森林，请求麒麟神网开一面把他治愈 。麒麟神消除少年的伤口，但诅咒还是被留了下来。
第二日清晨，少女带上养母再次来看望少年。而少女的养 母却遭遇了猪神们，正面地对质起来。
猪神怀疑他们的兄弟被白狼神吃掉，白狼神却无法解释。 这时少年开口讲述了一切，原来少年所杀的那头邪魔，就 是猪神……
猪神之王乙事主原谅少年，少年请求乙事主去掉他的诅咒 。而乙事主却告诉他不要再来森林，这令他十分难过。
随后少年昏睡了几夜，醒来时发现他躺在一个洞穴之中。 少女就在他身旁熟睡，天真微笑的脸庞上流露出莫名的伤 悲。
他起身走出洞穴，发现洞穴之下就是山崖。森林在他眼前 完全展现，在夜晚里好象深沉地哭泣一样。
趴在洞穴上面的白狼神之王冷冷地说，少年若跳下去就能 了结一切。少年面对广博的森林，对人与自然的一切发出 感叹。
人类为了自己，伤害了森林的树木与动物。森林的神们想 要守护森林，却无法阻挡人类愈发先进的武器。
难道不能和平吗？少年对人和自然发出这样的质问。紧接 着他问到少女的未来，希望白狼神保她一命。
白狼神坚决地否定，因为少女属于森林。她必须为森林而 生，也必须为森林战死。
少年再度恳求神饶过少女，因为少女只是一个人类。他恳 请白狼神，换来的只是一顿冷嘲热讽。
人类？你要小桑怎么去做一个人类？白狼神吼道，她是人 类抛弃的弃婴，身世如此可怜，少年怎么可能挽救。
面对白狼神刺在心坎上的话，少年坚定地挺直身子。他骄 傲而坚定地说，至少我们可以一起活下去！
活下去？这仅仅是理由吗。濒死的森林苦苦地呼唤，呼唤 的东西也是生命。
少年不甘心地回到洞穴，看到少女刚刚醒来。她只是一个 女孩，为何却要承受如此命运……
一觉醒来已是天亮，少年在一头白狼的带领下离开了森林 。最后他交给白狼一把妹妹送的水晶刀，希望让少女收到 。
就在此刻，人类使出最恶毒的手段。他们用毒气熏烤森林 ，希望逼出神来作战。
公主眼望一切悲痛万分，请求与神灵一起作战。此刻她受 到了少年的水晶刀，将它挂上脖子便踏上了征程。
人神大战的序幕已经拉开，神灵终于陷入苦战。外族的人 类却趁虚而入，偷袭了达达拉高大的城堡。
一切的一切陷入混乱。战败后的少女扶着乙事主去请求麒 麟神的帮忙。路上遇到入侵的人类，人类恶毒的攻击使乙 事主变成了邪魔。
少女被邪魔吞噬，吞入邪魔的触角中。少年在路途中发现 了一只受伤的白狼，并得知公主陷入战乱。
白狼了解到公主身处危险，便带上少年直奔森林。他遇上 也正向森林去的城主，原来她要取下神的头颅。
难道不能和平共处吗？少年怒气冲冲地再一次质问。他告 诉城主城堡面临危险，却无法让城主能相信他……
少年继续前行，终于碰到发疯的乙事主。在白狼神王的帮 助之下，他终于将少女救回。
人类恰巧也赶到了森林，看到麒麟神默默出现。城主举起 枪打伤麒麟神，却未能如愿打死。
此时少年救活了少女，却望见麒麟神取下白狼神王和乙事 主的性命。但人类籍此机会举起了枪支，对准麒麟神的头 颅猛开一枪……
失去头颅的神拼命找头，所到之处生命便会消失。面对眼 前凄凉的景色，少年恳请少女的帮助。
少女忿忿地摇头，大声地咒骂人类。但是少年告诉她，你 是人类，你和我们都一样。
我是白狼！少女愤怒地吼道。少年每靠近一步，少女就往 后退缩两步。
最后少女将脖上的尖刀插入少年的胸膛。少年却只是抱歉 地告诉她，他已竭尽全力。
两个可怜的孩子相拥在战火之中……
少年和少女追到了偷偷带走头颅的人类，将头颅还给麒麟 神和伤痕累累的大地。于是一切都重生了，一切都重新开 始。
麒麟神终究还是去走了少年的诅咒，这对少年有特殊的意 义。这个意义是最珍贵的意义：活下去，活下去……
少年和少女在希望中团圆，并且一同活了下来。人和自然 也互相原谅，和平地活在这世界之中……
活下去。
这就是幽灵公主，大地的一首挽歌。

Hi Kyrin!

Your article is quite nicely written and delivers a subtly poetic feeling. I especially like the opening and ending lines. Yet I think it will be much better if you can include some personal comments, instead of providing a polished summary of the movie alone. Keep up!

By the way, please do try your best to write in English. This is an English forum site after all. There are people from quite a number of countries, and English is the only international language that everyone here understands. Undoubtedly second language accquisition is no easy task. Yet, with continuous practice, you can certainly improve a lot.

To me English is also a second language. My English had been quite pathetic (Grade F in English exam, special remedial class treatment) until I got a computer with an internet connection. It was since then that I have been trying to chit-chat with the native-speakers in forums like this. I have to say their effects on my improvement is remarkable.

Anyway, hang around and don't be afraid to chat with the others in English.

Paley was right.There are many Chinese friends here.I worried about nobody here can read Chinese at one time,but my misgivings is very excrescent.I'm grafidied about it.
I want to thank you for your advice,it's so useful.Sometimes I will forget how to write or what to write,I need a friend who can coach me with my writing.Now I believe all the peaple in this forum can help me.The most important reason is we have the resonance.
