Spirited Away Premier Question | |
So when Spirited Away Premiered in America, a while back, ... it was in the El Capitan theatre for the most part. Because I remember going there and as we were leaving there was this guy signing some autographs. This man was with a Japanese news crew and had a translator. The new people ask questions about the movie and such and I got an autograph. The person drew those furry ash puff ball things (from Totoro and Spirited Away) that were easy to draw. But when the little girl ask for an autograph, he drew the big Totoro. (Yeah I was jealous.) So, I thought he was Ghibli and obtain his autograph but when I ask in this one forum... either no one believed me or they just didn't know. A year later, I'm starying to think that it could have been from a Japanese version of Punk'd without a punch line. ^^; I begining to doubt what happen.
My Question:
Did anyone from the Ghibli studio go there to represent Ghibli in the El Capitan Theatre?
