I'm guessing "CM" = Commercial. As in advertising.

Considering Garden of Words was only last year I'd be very surprised if Shinkai had made another film yet. Of course if he does I am sure it'll be fantastic. I only hope he stays with what he does best (contemporary emo-relationship stories and not the weird Ghibliesque "Lost Voices" type stories).

EDIT: Just watched the 2 minute commercial with YouTubes subtitles. Its adorable. Very nice indeed, even a little...mystical.
