Technically yes. As far as I am aware, most mountain boards have axles the same size as those normally found on longboards and skateboards. The board might look a bit odd and out of proportion with the tiny wheels but it should be fine to ride, though you may need to tighten the trucks to avoid the side of the board striking the ground now the wheels are much smaller.
