Joe Hisaishi inspired score by me

Hello! I just registered to share one of my recent scores to all of you here.

I've been a fan of Studio Ghibli and the composer Joe Hisaishi for a long time now and I've seen many of their movies. I also recently finished the PS3 game Ni No Kuni which was great!

My goal is to become a composer for games and movies and right now I'm trying to reach out with my music as much as I can.
My latest work is very Joe Hisaishi inspired so that's why I thought someone here might like it.

Take a listen and feel free to comment and share it

1:16 and 3:20 sounded strange. I noticed that you changed the tempo a few times during the piece, but at these two points, the long pause was rather glaring. Also, the last twenty seconds felt dragged out, or was too monotonous.

Besides that, I think it was a wonderful piece. Loved it.

I think I can agree on your thoughts. And yeah, had some problems coming up with a good ending.
This is my second orchestral piece so I don't expect it to be perfect. But I really appreciate all the feedback I can get so that I can develop my composing skills

Glad you liked it though!

Thanks!
