My granddaughter and I want to know about PG ratings on Nausicaa of the V alley of the Wind. Why is it rated PG? is there somewhere on the site we can find out?

She is 12 and her mother is very protective.

It's rated parental guidance(cause some members on
here do not know what PG stands for, but I
can help)because of violence. I don't think
there is any swearing though. Just there is violence.

There is violence and I think "damn" is
said in the original Japanese, but
the film definatly has a good message
concerning the environment. Plus it's a great movie.
