I have been wondering this for a really long time,
What movie was the first studio Ghibli film made?

The first official theatrical release of Studio Ghibli was Laputa: Castle in the Sky in 1986.

Even so, many consider Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (1984) as one of the Ghibli movies, as most of the staff members who worked on it joined Ghibli.

Nausicaa was aired in 1984. Ghibli was formed in 1985. Laputa was aired in 1986.
