Posted by on 08.29.2011, 02:55 PM: Yoga Strange topic, I know, but me and my dad were challenged to give yoga a try. So we did, and you know what? I actually like it. It's incredible. I've only been doing it for a month and it's made a huge difference in my strength, flexibility, and overall health. I think most guys (myself included, I'll admit) think that yoga is weird and a waste of time. Well, I guess I was wrong.

I liked the 'excercises' and it made me calm, strong and fit. But now when I'm so busy, I am just tired and I have no one who joins me in this, so..well..no support.

Posted by fenkashi on 08.29.2011, 04:21 PM: Join a class or a group. Best way to get started, imo. You get some motivation, learn the basics and then you're free to explore on your own.
