Hi everyone!

Not sure if these is the appropriate place for this, or if it's allowed. But I am hosting a Ghibli game that starts in two weeks, and since this is a Ghibli board, I thought it could be a good idea to share it here!

The game I am hosting is called 'GHIBLI: Spirits & Sorcery'. Now, this game is an ORG. Which stands for online reality game! Basically, it's a game of Survivor, but played online, and using two Ghibli films (Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle) as the basis for the characters, challenges, and themes of the board. I'm sure it's probably quite confusing, but if you've seen Survivor (or Total Drama Island), you get the idea. Two tribes compete in challenges (things like a wordsearch, or spot the difference), and the losing team votes someone out. Everyone competing plays as a rep from one of the films, and so roleplay can be a fun element as well. It is basically a social/stategic game played out over the course of a month, and can be very competitive, challenging, rewarding, and lots of fun. Events will be hosted nightly Sunday through Thursday, and will begin at 9pm Australian EST time. The game lasts from Feb 3 to Feb 28.

I thought I would post this here to see if anyone would be interested in playing, or lurking the board. If so, shoot me a message. Otherwise, I would also be happy to post updates here as the game goes along, with quotes from the characters and game events. It can be quite fun to follow along and watch the progression.

I'm sorry to say that no, posting adverts for stuff isn't allowed. HOWEVER, I have thought recently that we should perhaps have a thread that makes an exception to that rule, because sometimes people might want to share things they've worked on. Looking at this, I think it is an example of what I'm talking about.

So I will make a thread for that purpose, and if you want to share this in there, please feel free!
