This is the fourth meeting between reigning champion Whisper of the Heart (currently ranked #1) and Princess Mononoke (currently ranked #5). Whisper of the Heart has won every time so far, knocking out Princess Mononoke in the 2019 and 2021 quarter finals and the 2020 semi finals.

That's the end of voting in Quarter Final 2! The winner is Princess Mononoke, which beats Whisper of the Heart by 4 votes to 3.

It will go on to face Kiki's Delivery Service in the semi finals from this Friday to next Monday.
