Vote in Semi Final 2 here! Feel free to discuss the poll in the thread while it's still open, but the actual voting is of course anonymous.

All quarter final polls will close at around 5:30pm GMT on Monday 30 January.

This is the first time Only Yesterday (currently ranked #7) has ever reached the semi finals - unlike Spirited Away (currently ranked #3) which is now the only film to have got at least this far every year! Their only previous meeting was last year's group stage, where Spirited Away won comfortably.

RESULT

Semi Final 2 is now over! The winner is Spirited Away, which beats Only Yesterday by 4 votes to 1.

It will now go on to the final beginning this Friday, where it will face Princess Mononoke.
