Kiki's Delivery Service (currently ranked #4) and My Neighbour Totoro (currently ranked #11) have never met in a knockout match, but they were in the same group last year, where Totoro took first place by the narrowest of margins - but Kiki ended up going further in the tournament.

I love Totoro, but Kiki is specially inspiring to me, to the point that my first and only cosplay was a Kiki one, so there you go

When they were younger, whenever some of my Grandkids came over for a visit, almost as soon as they came in the door, it was "Totoro, Grandpa, Totoro!"... I'd put the disc in the player, they'd plop their butts on the floor and were then riveted to the screen... lol

And this was before they could read, so they were listening in Japanese, but they loved it anyway... sigh, whatta memory for me...
