First, you find one of course. Then, you right-hand click it, and say "save picture as" and save it into a folder. Then you go to Profile, Avatar, and upload avatar. Browse for that one. And if you wish to make your own, go to ImageShack, and Avatar.

if u find it hard to find a avatar there a thread somewhere on the forum with lots of useful links and plenty of help on there
