I was wondering whether anyone was going to mention GCSE results today ~ gratz Snakebite
I did R.S and French GCSEs a year early, and got those results today! It'll be next year when I have to do the rest of them...

GCSE is the British exam for people in England, Wales, Northern Ireland. They're taken when we're 15 or 16, but I've already taken two GCSEs when I was 14. The grades go from G to A* with a 'U' for unclassified...
That's a basic desciption of these exams... there's two tiers, higher and lower. The lower tier exam is easier than the higher tier exam, but you can only get a C as your maximum grade...
Does that make sense?

Well done!!!(only a few more years to go!!!!)
Yes, only in England, Wales and Northern Ireland get GCSA's However in scotland, as it has it's own parliament and Education is a devolved power taken from British parlaiment, we take Standard Grades when we are 15/16.
I just got my standard grades back, 6 As and bypasses for modern studies and Maths.
I am soo freaked out about next year.
