I am unproud to declare that my country is one of those notorious for pirated stuff. Plus, my motto for stuff like this is, "If I had to choose between downloading for free and buying pirated stuff, I'd rather download. At least I'm doing my part to curb piracy by not buying their stuff."
'Sides, the collection here, pirated or not, is pretty damn limited. And the official local releases are so bad it ain't even funny.

There's a toy in Japan that alows
you to talk to your cat.
