Yer welcome SANity, but I dont think I would want to see a game or another film though, well I mean like most follow up films there rubbish, it would totaly tarnish Princess Mononokes rep.

well, this is miyazaki though, he has a reputation for not making duds, if it was anyone else they can stay the hell away, but as long as he wrote and directied it, im sure it would turn out fine.

As for a second movie I dont think so ,HM wants the viewer to use there own personality to decide how one progress eg rebuild as before or to save the land.
A game would be good because you could fill in the gaps of his journey.

If the maker of the sequel/game sensed the slightest instict that it will be a potential failure. Then, dont force it.
Hence, my vote goes to - leave it that way. No sequel please. Though, the thought of the game is feasible with the good suggestions here (no all is playable chars pls, it will inevitably suck). Phyrra's suggestion of the basic gameplay is good to start with.
Nevertheless, i like my Mononoke memories and imagery on top of me - dont want it tarnished by sequel flukes.
