Sorry, he’s not Kurokawa either. This was too difficult it seems, I’ll post a new one once I have watched another movie...

The speaker is called Honjo, while Kurokawa is the foreman of him and Jiro. They are talking about Japan being far behind in technology compared to Germany, and when Honjo looks at the documents they received while visiting, he says: ”We can’t learn anything from this. These are just pretty equations.”
