Based on the clues it seems it's from Ocean waves. I don't know the speaker without watching it again, I tried skimming through it without any luck finding the line... If my guess is correct, somebody has to take it from here, I'm in the middle of studying for an exam, and shouldn't be watching movies.

Those are pretty clear clues, but as I haven't seen the film in a long time, I can't imagine the context. Maybe someone else has watched it more recently?
